Songs for The Earth

Enjoy a repertoire from a variety of periods, blended in gratitude and praise of our Mother Earth, and journey through medieval chants, Romantic and modern pieces. We will focus on expression and ways to create one entity out of myriad styles.

The participants will be able to attend the atelier with original scores only. The use of photocopies shall not be permitted. We will offer affordable set of sheet music specified by the mentor of the atelier. The participants will be able to purchase them only after receiving the confirmation of participation in the chosen atelier. The link to the online store will be published here in April 2021.

Cecilia Martin-Löf has wide experience as orchestra and choir conductor, much esteemed by singers for her creative ideas, meticulous preparation and profound understanding of both voice and choral performance. At all times she strives to combine her love for poetry with technical precision at the highest level. As the Director Cantorum at the Lund University she has developed a great and vibrant choral department with her ensembles Palaestra Vocal Ensemble and Lund Academic Choir.
She is an eager, creative personality, full of new ideas, always eager to develop and open towards all kinds of productions and staging, traditional concerts as well as new concepts.
